Begin by dividing the cards into two sets: the "Sexy Slut Says" pile and the "S Card" pile. Take turns drawing cards from the "Sexy Slut Says" pile and carrying out the tasks indicated. Once some of the Sexy Slut Says tasks are completed, the individual who fulfilled the task earns the privilege to select one of the "Sex Cards." Examples of "Sexy Says Cards" include “Don’t Thank Me, Just Spank Me,” “Make an Obscene Gesture, Then Act It Out,” and “Bases Loaded, Copy Each Base.”

The objective is for the first player to acquire 3 cards, thereby winning the game. The victorious player then decides which card will be acted out next.
